I am André Hooke

I am André Hooke. I am a management accountant based in Naarm/Melbourne. I help people make decisions using numbers. I am very good at interpreting numbers and explaining them in simple language. I have a unique ability to problem solve. I work with a variety of clients, including some of Australia's largest entertainers and their management. From my beginnings in the music industry, my work has broadened to include other creative industries and business accounting. When you work with me you get me and my twenty years of hands-on industry and management accounting experience. 

 

I see my role primarily as an 'on the ground' consultant, guiding decisions around project viability, financial management, keeping clients' eyes open throughout the year.  I record and assess transactions and data and communicate this with the client.

I am a registered BAS agent and complete BAS, IAS, TPAR lodgements and liaise with the end of year tax accountant in tax planning to ensure the relationship is solid.

 

While I typically prefer to foster ongoing relationships I enjoy taking on ad hoc creative projects to help them succeed.
